Good painting starts with good preparation
A coating's service life depends first on surface preparation. Blasting removes rust, mill scale and old paint and creates the roughness the protective system needs to adhere.
- Structure blasting: silos, tanks, reservoirs, steel structures, piping.
- Vehicle blasting: mixer trucks, tippers, trailers, equipment.
- Built-in work at height: our platforms up to 40 m, no subcontracted access.
- Equipment hire: 6 diesel compressors, 6 Clemco 200 L pots with operator gear.

Which substrates do you work on?
Mainly steel: silos, tanks, reservoirs, steel structures, piping and vehicles. For other substrates, contact us to study the right method.
Can you do both blasting and painting?
Yes. We carry out surface preparation and then apply the paint system, avoiding delays between two contractors and limiting flash rust.
Do you hire compressors on their own?
Yes, our 185 to 375 CFM compressors and Clemco kits are available for hire.
